All returns and exchanges are subject to approval by our Hospital Administrator / Owners except when the manufacturers’ policy supersedes the policy of Savannah Animal Hospital.
Products returned unused/unopened in the original manufacturer’s packaging will be accepted for a full refund in most cases.
Due to FDA Laws, safety and the possibility of contamination any medication dispensed by Savannah Animal Hospital from larger supplies will not be eligible for return or exchange, except in extenuating circumstances.
Preventative medications for the purpose of heartworm, flea & tick control or intestinal parasite control, which fail to provide their intended benefits, will be subject to a full manufacturer refund. Products must have been used as directed by the manufacturer to qualify for refund.
Items which are eligible for refund/exchange and were shipped through our online pharmacy site will not include cost of return shipping. We ask that you bring the product back to Savannah Animal Hospital to process the refund. If you would like the refund amount refunded to your credit card, please bring the credit card used for purchase along with the item eligible for return. Otherwise we will credit your Savannah Animal Hospital account.
